Nature of our website 2.1 Our website is a place for you to select and order (the 'Products'). Our website describes the Products in more detail. 2.2 Please note that our website is available only to individuals that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Although the contents of our website are aimed at users aged 18 and above, you must be over 18 years to purchase the Products, using the payment method displayed on our website. If you do not qualify, click here to leave our website now. 3. Buying products on our website 3.1 To order a product you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out here. Details of our prices for the Product, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our website. 3.2 Any times or dates stated on our website for delivery are estimates only. 3PINS will make all reasonable effort to deliver goods within the time specified, but does not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time. 3.3 You must pay by credit card, debit card or cheque at the time of order. Products will not be dispatched to you until we are in receipt of cleared funds. The price of any Product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any Product before you place an order. We try to ensure that our prices displayed on our website are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure (see clause 3.4 below). We will inform you if a Product's correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price. The prices are exclusive of delivery costs and applicable taxes. 3.4 3PINS is entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means ('Confirmation') to the e-mail address you have given us [on registration or] on ordering. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within 30 days. 3.5 You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the product offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card, which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any products. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any products. 4. Delivery and Returns 4.1 3PINS have engaged Initial City Link as our main carriers. Initial City Link will deliver all products purchased from us the next day. Together with Initial City Link we can track and trace packages to ensure they reach their destination safely and in the agreed time scale. 4.2 We offer a next day delivery of goods in stock, where we attempt to deliver after 0900 and no later than 1730. This excludes large televisions over 28". These can take up to 7 days to be delivered. 3PINS will contact you sometime after your order to confirm delivery time. We cannot stipulate a time of day for the delivery. If you are unavailable at anytime during the day please inform us by filling in the "Additional Delivery Information Request" at the checkout. We cannot guarantee to fulfil all requests. Whilst we endeavour to deliver all items within the time scale given, we cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by a delay. Please note that we have a cut off point of 12.00 noon for all orders to enable us to dispatch the goods and meet the estimated delivery times, see the table below. Our carriers use the weight of the package to calculate the delivery charges. This is automatically calculated for you at the checkout at discounted rates. If for any reason, the goods are returned to us, the collection and re-delivery costs will be charged at full prices. To find out these costs please contact us. Delivery can only be made to the cardholders address. This ensures that cards cannot be used at 3pins.com to make purchases for anyone but the card owner. It is a very good way of eliminating fraud. Deliveries must be signed and dated for at the address for which they are consigned. Before signing you must check that the goods are received undamaged. In the highly unlikely event that goods are delivered to you damaged, it is your responsibility to ensure that you add a brief statement addressing this damage along with your signature and date on the carrier's delivery notes. You must also inform us by contacting our delivery department on delivery@3pins.com within two days from receiving the goods. If you live near to our head office branch in Erdington, Birmingham, you may collect the Products yourself. In this case, there will be no delivery or handling charges. Please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time to collect your order. You must tick the appropriate box at checkout to state that you will be collecting your order and will not require us to deliver your Products. We will require proof of ID, payment method, and a print out of your original order. 4.3 You may return any Product you have purchased together with any accessories and any supplied free gifts within 7 working days of delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind). To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium (including e-mail) within those 7 working days. You will then be entitled to a refund from 3PINS, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. You must arrange for and pay the costs of both any applicable bank charges incurred by 3PINS and the costs of returning the Products to 3PINS on request. We will collect the Products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and we may deduct this from the refund. While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in good condition. 4.4 If:

In the case of damaged Products you must note the nature of the damage on the Carrier's consignment note and inform us within two days of delivery. If your Product develops a fault within 28 days of delivery we will arrange to exchange or repair and return the Product free of charge if it was delivered in the UK mainland. This does not apply to faults causes by accident, neglect or misuse for which there can be no refund or exchange. If upon examination by us no fault is found, the goods will be returned to you and we will charge you for all collection and delivery costs incurred. It is your responsibility to check the plug, batteries, fuse and the manufacturer's operating instructions before contacting us. We strongly advise you retain all original packaging in case of a return, replacement or repair. If your Product develops a fault after 28 days of receipt but within its guarantee period contact us and we will arrange to repair and return the Product free of charge if it is delivered within the UK mainland. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse for which there can be no refund to you and we will charge you fro all collection and delivery costs we incur. We strongly advise you to retain all original packaging in case of a return, replacement or repair. All Products supplied are covered by a full parts and labour guarantee. The length of the guarantee period varies with the price of the Products. Please refer to the table below for our guarantee periods.
The above Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. If you Self Pick up the Guarantee is a 'Return To Base Guarantee'.
